Employment Conditions

Duties and Responsibilities

Apply paints, sealants, and solvents to interior and exterior construction surfaces like Drywall Goose Creek, wood, plaster, and sheetrock.

Performs mud and tape work, texturing, finish restoration, and exterior and interior caulking of buildings.

Operates tools, including motorized lifts, scaffolding, and airless spray equipment.

Caulking is replaced on exterior building panel seams, windows, and doors using robotic high-reach equipment.

Carries out specialized refinishing activities, such as priming, staining, and sealing wood surfaces.
